Who doesn’t love ICE CREAM? It’s sweet, creamy, and oh-so-yummy! But did you know that ice cream can also teach your students kindness? That’s right, kindness is the best topping for any ice cream cone. This bulletin board set will show you how to scoop up some kindness and spread it around. You can use it any time of the year, but it’s especially great for Kindness Week, February, or after a SEL lesson. The set has everything you need to make a delicious display in your classroom or hallway. Just print, laminate, and cut out the letters and ice cream cones. Then, have fun with your SWEET board!

You can also make this activity even sweeter by reading a kindness-themed book with your students. One of my favorites is “Kindness Is Cooler, Mrs. Ruler” by Margery Cuyler. It’s a fun story that teaches kids how to be kind in different situations. After reading the book, you can have a mini-lesson and a discussion about how your students show kindness.

Some Printing Tips:
When it's time to print, keep in mind that colors and hues may vary between different monitors. For best results, print at home on quality cardstock or art paper. Or, head to a local print shop like UPS, OfficeMax, or Staples.
